* | 10-oz. package refrigerated pizza crust dough |
* | 3/4 cup tomato sauce or pizza sauce |
* | 6 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese |
* | Fresh basil, chopped |
1 | Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Spray a 10-inch oven-proof skillet liberally with non-stick cooking spray. |
2 | Unroll dough and press onto botton and up sides of skillet. Use a fork to prick the dough several times. Bake 12 minutes or until crust is set and begins to brown. Gently slide the crust onto a non-stick baking sheet. |
3 | Spread sauce over crust and sprinkle with cheese. Bake 10 minutes until cheese is melted and crust is golden. Top with basil. Let stand 5 minutes and serve in wedges. |
