Tomato, Basil and Gorgonzola Pizza

* | 12-inch thin-crust prebaked Italian pizza crust (such as Boboli®) |
* | Cooking spray or olive oil |
* | 6 plum tomatoes, thinly sliced |
* | 1/2 medium-size red onion, thinly sliced |
* | 2 oz. Gorgonzola or blue cheese, crumbled |
* | 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped |
Instructions
1 | Place pizza crust on an ungreased baking sheet or pizza pan. Coat crust with cooking spray or brush with olive oil. Top with tomato and remaining ingredients. |
2 | Bake at 425 degrees for 8-10 minutes or until cheese melts. Serve immediately. |
