* | 1 French or sourdough baguette or loaf Italian bread |
* | 1 stick butter, melted |
* | 2 large cloves garlic, minced |
1 | Split bread apart through the center, open halves. |
2 | Melt butter (do not let boil). |
3 | Add garlic to melted butter. |
4 | Brush butter/garlic mixture onto the inside of both halves of bread. |
5 | Place on non-stick baking sheet and heat in 400 degree oven until heated through and bread turns golden and crusty. |
