Smoked Salmon Pizza
with Red Onion & Capers
Makes 4 Main or 6 Appetizer ServingsIngredients
* | 12-inch thin-crust prebaked Italian pizza crust, such as Boboli(R) |
* | 4 ounces cream cheese, softened |
* | 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice |
* | 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill, divided |
* | 4 to 6 ounces thinly-sliced smoked salmon |
* | 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion |
* | 1 tablespoon capers, drained, or to taste |
Instructions
1 | Preheat oven to 425F degrees. Place non-stick pizza pan in the oven while it comes up to temperature. Place pizza crust on preheated pan and bake 8-10 minutes. Remove from oven. |
2 | In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, lemon juice and 1 1/2 tablespoons of chopped dill. Spread cream cheese mixture over baked pizza crust. |
3 | Evenly distribute smoked salmon slices on top. Sprinkle red onion and capers over the salmon. Garnish with remaining chopped dill. |
