Spicy Tex-Mex Pizza
Makes 6 ServingsIngredients
* | 1 (12-inch) prepared pizza crust or Italian bread shell |
* | 2 packages (6 ounces each) Sargento Deli Style Sliced Provolone Cheese, divided |
* | 1 cup roasted red pepper or roasted garlic pasta sauce |
* | 2 teaspoons Mexican seasoning or 1 teaspoon chili powder |
* | 1 cup frozen whole kernel corn, thawed |
* | 1 cup canned black beans, rinsed and drained |
Instructions
1 | Preheat oven to 450F degrees. |
2 | Place pizza crust on baking sheet. Arrange one package of cheese slices over crust. |
3 | Combine pasta sauce and Mexican seasoning; spread over cheese. |
4 | Top with corn and black beans. |
5 | Arrange remaining package of cheese over top of pizza. |
6 | Bake in preheated oven for 12 minutes or until crust is golden and cheese is melted. |
Notes
Sargento Deli Style Sliced Monterey Jack Cheese may be substituted for the Sargento Deli Style Sliced Provolone.
